Mastery of a thing depends upon knowledge, because we can never master a thing of which we have no knowledge. The truth is, for us to have the knowledge of a thing, we must first know its name. Karma is enclosed within the name. To a mystic, the past, present and future reveal themselves through a name much like one reads the beginning, middle and ending of a book. The meaning of a name has a great influence upon its possessor as well as upon others. According to Divine Spiritual Wisdom, each letter of a name has a numerical value. With this system, the combination of the numbers in any name reveals its mystical effect or archetypal vibration. Insight into the archetypal energy within a name gives us knowledge and knowledge leads us to mastery.

When we take a closer look at the order and meaning of the letters and attributes contained in the word “coronavirus”, we uncover a powerful message of guidance and vision about this deadly virus. According to the metaphysical science of numbers, the name “coronavirus” has a numerical vibration of 43, which represents the "Point of the Reaper”. It indicates destruction, abortive enterprises and annihilation. Under this vibration, things may be reduced to nothing. When we take a closer look at the order and meaning of the numbers contained in the name, “COVID-19”, we learn that it has a numerical vibration of 13, known as archetype Death or the Reaping Skeleton. It is the archetypal energy of regeneration and change. This 13th key of the Major Arcana is a vibration of transformation, death and resurrection; letting go of the past in order to grow beyond limitations; letting go sometimes signifies destruction; a number of upheavals; undoing and new beginnings. It is a symbol of power that needs to be properly used in order to avoid self-destruction. The primary figure of the 13th key of the Major Arcana, Death, shows us a skeleton with a scythe, reaping men in a field of newly grown grass. The faces of youth appear to be thrusting through the ground. This card represents the transformation and rebirth of consciousness on a higher plane. It indicates ambitions mowed down like grass in a field, and a life cut short. Specifically, the sum of the numbers 1 and 3 in 13 add to the number four. Interestingly, the year 2020 as well reduces to 4, the number of Uranus, known mystically as the north node of the Moon, or Rahu. It is an active and often disruptive force, a malefic planet, dynamic in nature, with a low vibration. In metaphysics it is written as 1 - 4. The number 4 is Uranus or the negative aspect of the Sun. Rahu brings confusion, poses hurdles in life, creates sudden change and can lead to disaster.

In March 2019, Uranus entered Taurus and will remain in Taurus until April 26, 2026. It means that Uranus, a vibration of disruption, surprises and drastic changes, which can often be malefic in nature, is presently in the zodiac sign Taurus and will remain there for the next seven years. Uranus rules all things unexpected, while Taurus represents stability and security. This is metaphorical of Uranus coming to destroy our stability. Please, if you have not yet prepared yourself for the transition into Aries, do so now before we reach the cusp. As of March 21st, 2020, while in Aries, Uranus will be paired with Mars, because Mars is the ruling planet of Aries. Usually, the influence of the next zodiac sign is felt 7 days prior. This means that we may start feeling the impact of Mars through Aries about 7 days in advance, starting on March 14th. A Uranus-Mars conjunction can be brutal and violent. It represents the hidden, the dark mysteries, mortality and darkness. This may bring greater disruption, panic, fear and anger. There is no guarantee, but from April 13 to August 22 there is a window in which may see a ray of light in the form of one or more discoveries that may give us hope. The Perfect Storm

In effect, we are living in times ruled by Uranus, that will create drastic changes in everyone's life. This is why this time is referred to as a perfect storm.

This virus is not bound by geography, race, creed or gender. It doesn't matter who you are, where you come from or what you look like, we are all affected, one way or another. Humankind may be forced to come together and sacrifice for each other to overcome this global pandemic. Simply put, we are all in this together.

According to Divine Spiritual Wisdom, unconditional love, service, sacrifice and divine truth deflect the negative influence of Uranus. Interestingly, most children seem to be spared by this virus. One reason may be because of their pure hearts and unconditional love. As of now there is no cure for COVID-19 and the medical community is projecting 1 - 2 years before a vaccine can be created and administered. Unfortunately, it is likely that things will get worse before they get better. Next to science and medicine, divine love, purity, sacrifice and divine truth are among some of the best weapons we have right now in this fight.

In addition to people transitioning, this pandemic is causing many other powerful and unpredictable events such as illnesses, financial fluctuations, and new behaviors from others, that are all outside of our control. It is disrupting our routine, shocking the system and waking us up. The physical world is the ever-changing play of creation. The only unchanging reality is the Oneness, the force that is simultaneously behind and beyond form. We are being forced to explore the nature of our attachments. This vibration is destroying the false and rigid structures that we have entrenched ourselves in. These times will create drastic change in everyone's life and change creates great fear and anxiety. However, we do not have to approach this time with fear. There are certain actions we can take to overcome this vibration.

  5. Stick to a daily routine of drinking hot water. It is highly beneficial to drink six cups of hot water a day: two in the morning, two at noon, and two in the early evening. Drink the last two cups early enough so that they do not interrupt your sleeping pattern, which is vital to a strong immune system. Hot water is not only the best remedy for the liver, it is the basis of life and the primary means of how we flush toxins from our body. When it is sipped hot, hot water becomes even more effective.   8. Consider taking a multi-vitamin, zinc, and vitamins A and C.
  9. Avoid overeating at night or when about to retire.
  10. Get plenty of sleep to strengthen your immune system.
  11. Work with the following highly effective and simple healing Clove Formula One and Clove Formula Two.

Clove Formula One

Add 2 cups of water to a pot and let it come to a boil.  At the very moment that the water starts boiling, remove the pot from the heat.  Add either 7 cloves, or a handful of cloves, to the water immediately. Let this combination of water and cloves sit unrefrigerated overnight. The next morning, you can separate the cloves from the water and throw them away. Now, before doing anything else, and before consuming any food or water, take five tablespoons of the clove water and work with it in the following way.  Swish a portion of the clove water around in your mouth for about 10-15 seconds, then gargle it for about 5-10 seconds and then swallow the water (Repeat for a total of 3-5 times). This recipe should give you enough clove water to use for four mornings in a row. Refrigerate your remaining water, but warm it up before each usage. While doing this clove routine in the morning will suffice, you may also choose to do the same procedure at night before going to bed if you desire, in which case this recipe will only last you two days. Among other benefits, this practice will cleanse your lungs. This is an excellent way to prevent or treat colds, flus, asthma, coughs and disorders of the throat.  This formula is a rare and special gift and we ask you not to use it more than twice a day. 

Clove Formula Two

Take 5 cloves and boil them in water for five minutes. You can then use this water to make a facial steam bath, purposefully inhaling the vapor into your nose. For those who are not sick, you can do this as a preventive measure morning and evening.  For those who are sick, this technique can be increased to three to five times per day.

Sip Hot Water for Healthy Digestion and to Purify the Body

Hot water is more than it appears to be. Mystically, hot water is the “hand” of God or the “spirit” of God. It is the action of sipping hot water that turns it into a powerful remedy, for when you sip it, you are mixing it with your saliva in a potent way that causes it to be a true healing nectar in your body. Sipping hot water is like performing Sitali Pranayam, a breath known to have endless healing benefits, such as supporting the liver and improving digestive health. The liver and lungs are both transformers of energy. The lungs are transformers of our mental energy and the liver is a transformer of the energies of our feelings, directing them to the sympathetic nervous system. According to the World Health Organization, "Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses which may cause illness in animals or humans." Twenty percent of the common colds we get are from coronaviruses. Most viruses are passed human to human and are very mild. Often, viruses will infect an animal, where they mutate and then infect humans. Two examples of this are SARS which has a mortality rate of 9.5% and MERS which has of mortality rate of 34.5%. Both of these have been contained. Coronavirus or COVID-19 is a new strain of SARS (called SARS2) which is 80% similar to the old SARS and appears to be more infectious and much harder to contain.

You can work with the Illicium verum variety of Star Anise alone or with the Naam Star Anise Chai Tea recipe below. If you are using only the Star Anise, take three cups of Star Anise tea each day. To make Star Anise tea, boil half a teaspoon of crushed seeds in a cup of water. Always make your own tea, from the whole pods, grinding them to yield about 1/2 teaspoon ground Star Anise steeped in hot water. Do not give Star Anise tea to infants or small children.

In general, when making Star Anise Tea, simmer it down for at least 30 minutes until it is reduced by half and then let it cool to room temperature before straining it, so the end result is a lot stronger and more concentrated than ordinary tea. Drink a few ounces of this tea 3 times a day.

The Respiratory Benefits of Star Anise Tea (Illicium Verum Variety)

Naam Star Anise Chai Tea Recipe 
This recipe is for a 3-gallon pot. Feel free to slightly adjust the ratio of ingredients to taste. Fill three quarters of your pot with water. Heat the water to a boil. While the water is heating, prepare the following:

1 teaspoon of crushed whole cloves 
1 teaspoon of whole black pepper 
3 teaspoons of crushed whole cardamom pods (or 2 tsp of cardamom seeds) 
3 long sticks of cinnamon, or 6 short sticks 1/2 to 2/3 of a ginger root, sliced (you can add a bit more ginger if you have the flu) 
7 whole pieces of Star Anise (as indicated above, do not use the Japanese variety).

Once the water is boiling, add the crushed cloves. A few minutes later, add the rest of the ingredients and keep the water at a low boil for approximately 30-45 minutes. If you are not sick, you may add your favorite almond or rice milk (avoid adding dairy to the tea). If you are sick it is best not to add any from of milk to the tea. The tea can be refrigerated for up to four days and reheated to drink as needed. Maintain Warmth in the Body

When the body is warm, it is harder to be infected with a virus. Eating warming foods, such as ginger can help to give the body added warmth and heat. If a person has a fever, they can cover themselves with a good blanket and drink a broth or soup made of ginger to increase the body temperature and purify the body of toxins. In general, it is recommended, for virus prevention, to eat more ginger, garlic and pepper and to eat less sweet, sour and salty foods. It is also a good idea to stay away from cold regions.

Protect your Larynx and Nasal Passages with Salt Water

Taurus rules the throat, including the neck and the larynx. We can work with the throat in a positive way to help preserve the stabilizing influence of Taurus. Viruses and bacteria hide in the pharynx, the part of the throat behind the mouth and nasal cavity, where they have an opportunity to multiply. The simple act of gargling salt water may create a difficult environment for the viruses or bacteria to survive. Washing your hands as often as you can and having good daily respiratory hygiene is of the utmost importance. Every morning, dissolve 1 – 2 teaspoons of salt in 8 oz. of lukewarm water. Fill your mouth with salt water, lift your head back and bathe your throat area with this water. Then, open your mouth slightly and gargle the water. After a few seconds of gargling, spit the water out. Repeat this process three times. A regular practice of gargling with salt water in this way will serve you well in preventing colds, coughs, and accompanying fevers. You can achieve similar benefits by keeping the nasal passages moist with a saline spray throughout the day. We can also work with the feet, our foundation, to stay in contact with the stabilizing forces of Taurus and minimize the disruptive nature of Uranus. Several times a week, soak your feet in warm water with sea-salt, as this will open the meridians that run throughout the body and draw out poisons.

1. Apply a drop of Thieves Oil to the nape of the neck before leaving your home, or before entering a public space or area of possible contagion. When using a foot bath bucket add 3 drops of Eucalyptus oil and an additional 3 drops of Lavender oil in case you need help sleeping or relaxing. When you need to take your foot bath in the bath tub increase the Eucalyptus oil and the optional Lavender oil to 6 drops.

Precaution: Please do not use Epsom Salts, use sea salt only.

Visualize as vividly as possible the person who needs your help. Then, imagine the person sitting completely receptive. While in this receptive state, picture a light that slowly beams down from the Sun and surrounds the person. As the light intensifies around the person, feel their entire being gradually becoming charged and vibrating with strength, health and harmony. Visualize the person happy, smiling, laughing, joking, being their best, and vibrating with health. Pause for a few moments.

Part V
While maintaining this visualization, inhale, hold the breath and mentally say: "It is done." Exhale.

Now, forget the face of the person and say, "Divine Intelligence, bless my work. So be it." Pause for a few moments. Go back to your daily activities.

You may draw your inspiration from this simple practice, performing it anytime of the day, shaping it to your liking, and adding any other elements you may deem necessary. 

During this time, while we may be physically separated, we can use the positive aspect of Uranus to stay connected online via social media and through technology. 

 

Safety & Hygiene Measures for Daily Life

 

  1. Creating a Protective Home Environment 

  • From time to time diffuse Thieves Oil in your home. Do not overdo it.
  • When you can, play Naam in your home on very low, almost inaudible volume to create a divine atmosphere. When you are in need of healing play The Healing Formula on very low volume.
  • Once in a while purify your home with the Precious Mystical Formula to keep negative energy at bay.
  • Do not let anyone in your home who does not have an essential reason to be there.
  • If someone does have to enter, have them leave their shoes and outerwear outside. Sanitize their hands and have them wear a mask and gloves which they can take with them.
  • Sanitize any surfaces they may have touched.
  • If possible, before entering your home, take off your shoes and outer layers, especially if you were in a high-contact area.
  • Play a leading role to stop the spread of COVID-19 by preparing yourself mentally and physically to remain at home when possible.  Self-quarantine has proved immensely helpful in the spread of past viruses.
  • After you have completed a trip outside disinfect your gloves.  Use disinfectant wipes on your cell phone, keys, credit cards, wallet, or anything you may have used during your trip before getting back in your car or entering your home. Remove your gloves by pulling them off, turning them inside out and discarding them. 
  • When entering your home, wash your hands right away with warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds. Click to see a short video on a safe and effective method for washing your hands.
  • Wash your hands regularly in your home, especially before and after meals.
  • Clean and disinfect your home regularly, especially communal touch areas such as doorknobs and handles etc.
  • A home-made disinfecting solution can be made from water and bleach using a 10:1 ratio. Keep it in a marked bottle, away from children and use it for up to 24 hours and discard it thereafter.
  • Wash clothes, bedding, and towels frequently.
  1. Supply Guidelines 

  • Make a list of products you use regularly, including any prescription medications, and order a two-month supply now for home delivery if possible.
  • Procure supplies that would be helpful if you become sick, such as fever reducers, cold medications, electrolyte replacements, etc.
  • Anticipate shortages and delays both in stores and via e-commerce.
  • Shop for two weeks-worth of groceries at a time to reduce the number of times you go to the store.
  • Use order-ahead and pick-up options when available.
  1. Going Out

  • If you must go out wear gloves, a mask, long sleeves and pants. Everyone, when going out should wear a face mask. This virus is spread through droplets and aerosols. Contact can be minimized through face masks. People can carry the virus and not know it, so everyone should wear a mask to protect themselves and each other.
  • Bring antiviral hand sanitizer and wipes with you. Wipe down the cart and wear gloves. Do not touch items at the store besides those you purchase. Ask the sales-clerk to sanitize their hands before double-bagging your items and exchanging payment.
  • Avoid cash transactions if possible. Use credit card or apps when possible to pay for everything.
  • Only leave your home when absolutely necessary or for exercise on private property in case accessible.
  • Avoid public transportation.
  • Practice good physical distancing of at least 6 feet or 1.5 meters.
  • Do not touch shared surfaces when possible.
  • When in public, sip on hot water every 10-15 minutes in a conscious way that does not cross contaminate surfaces of cups to mouth.
  1. Accepting Deliveries

  • Prevent the introduction of viruses into your protective environment as follows:
  •  Have all deliveries of food, drugs, supplies and alike, dropped off outside your door, without any contact with the delivery person.
  • Do not bring any exterior packaging into your home.
  • Before you begin to open the exterior package outside your home, put on gloves and disinfect the package.
  • If the contents of the package are likely to have been touched by others, use disinfectant spray or wipes to disinfect the contents.
  • For fresh fruit and vegetables, wash them immediately in warm soapy water.
  • For prepared hot foods that are ready to be eaten, put them into the oven to increase the heat.
  • After processing your delivery, remove your gloves and dispose of them. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Use disinfectant spray or wipes on doorknobs, doorbells, and alike surfaces, after the delivery.
  • Avoid dry cleaning as much as possible as there is a risk of contamination.
  1. Serving Others
  • Support those who need help in a safe way. 
  • Be mindful of those struggling and let the proper authorities know if someone needs help.
