  • Baba Siri Chand: The Timeless Master Who Awakened the Divine Within

A Sacred Mystery That Has Inspired Generations

For centuries, a sacred spiritual tradition has preserved an extraordinary account: that Mahavatar Babaji, the immortal Himalayan Master, appeared to Guru Nanak and promised that he himself would be born into his family as a light for humanity. That prophecy, tradition holds, was fulfilled in the birth of Baba Siri Chand. Today, many followers of Kriya yoga see in Baba Siri Chand the manifestation of Mahavatar Babaji.

This album is Dr. Levry's heartfelt offering to the timeless presence of Baba Siri Chand and to the sacred lineage that has preserved these teachings through the centuries. Every mantra, every melody, and every vibration has been lovingly created to help you enter a state of deep meditation, inner healing, spiritual protection, courage, wisdom, and self-mastery. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Listen deeply. Remember.

    The Master Beyond Time

Born in 1494, Baba Siri Chand became one of the greatest mystics to ever walk the land of India, devoting every breath of his life to meditation, renunciation, and Divine remembrance. As a sign of the prophecy that preceded him, he was said to have been born with kundalas, or earrings, naturally formed in his ears, just as Mahavatar Babaji himself was traditionally depicted.

Those who entered his presence experienced an indescribable peace, a healing compassion, and a spiritual power that dissolved fear, awakened faith, and transformed lives. He came to be known by many as “The King of the Dervishes.”

    His Greatest Miracle

Although countless miracles have been attributed to Baba Siri Chand, he never sought recognition. His greatest miracle was not the performance of supernatural acts, but a complete union with the Divine. His life demonstrated that the highest spiritual attainment is the ability to awaken the Divine Presence already hidden within every human heart.

He taught through silence. He blessed through compassion. He transformed lives through the radiance of Divine Consciousness.

The Living Transmission of the Sacred Naam

The spiritual mission of Baba Siri Chand did not end with his earthly life. Tradition holds that he later appeared in a vision to the great saint Baba Virsa Singh, entrusting him with a sacred Name to share with humanity:

Ek Ong Kar Sat Naam Siri Wahe Guru

During Dr. Joseph Michael Levry’s time in India, Baba Virsa Singh personally transmitted this sacred Naam to him, entrusting him with its practice and its meaning. Dr. Levry later carried this mantra to hundreds of thousands of students around the world, sharing it as a universal meditation for inner transformation, healing, and Divine remembrance. In that same spirit, this Naam is offered as a free gift on the Naam Eck Ong Kar album.

Since then, Dr. Levry has led massive Global Gatherings for Peace and Healing around the world, with attendance growing to hundreds of thousands of people. These large global events unite people from every background, using the sacred vibration of Naam to hold a collective intention for global peace and healing.
