How to Use: To receive maximum benefits for you body and mind, please follow the morning and evening meditation guide:

AM Meditation

Position: Sit comfortably either in a cross-legged position on the floor or in a chair that allows you to maintain a straight spine with your feet flat on the ground. Relax the shoulders and try to maintain a straight spine. You can enhance the healing capacity of your morning meditation practice by placing your hands in Middle Pillar Mudra (as shown). Hold the hands six inches apart, palms facing each other, at the heart center.

Mantra: I Am that I Am to establish a deeper connection with your intuitive, higher self so that you may hear the guiding voice of your heart. This very healing mantra has been found to reduce pain and has been the subject of ground-breaking research at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City and published in Journal of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology. Meditation: Begin to chant along with the track for 3 minutes. Let your breath regulate itself naturally. Enjoy this healing time and space as the mind clears and a feeling of calm confidence spreads through your body.

End: To end your meditation, simply inhale deeply and suspend the breath, stretch your arms overhead, and then shake your hands vigorously for 5 seconds. This distributes the energy you have created throughout the entire body. Feel how you feel for a moment. 

PM Meditation

Position: Sit comfortably either in a cross-legged position on the floor or in a chair that allows you to maintain a straight spine with your feet flat on the ground. Relax the shoulders and try to maintain a straight spine. You can enhance the healing capacity of your morning meditation practice by placing your hands on your heart (as shown). The hands are an extension of the heart, and this mudra reconnects us with our heart and our inner essence.

Mantra: Lumen de Lumine (Light of Light) Origin: Latin

Lumen De Lumine opens the heart and surrounds those who chant or listen to it with a blanket of light. Just listen to it and it will purify and strengthen your aura. Play it in a room and it will clear the energy in a short time. Go to sleep with it and you will awake revitalized. When faced with challenges, play it continuously. It will eat the darkness out of your life. It is a prayer of the strongest potency. The full version of this track is available on the Lumen de Lumine CD here.

Meditation: Breathe deeply, extending the inhalation and exhalation as you listen to this sweet melody with your palms gently pressed unto your heart center. Feel gratitude and mentally go over the events of your day.  

End: To end your meditation, simply inhale deeply and suspend the breath, stretch your arms overhead, and then shake your hands vigorously for 5 seconds. Before retiring for the night, express your gratitude.
